Location
Beaumont Place is centrally located. The property is approximately twenty
minutes from DIA, fifteen minutes from downtown Denver, five minutes
from I-25 and 225, and ten minutes from Denver Tech Center. Upon completion
of light rail system, Beaumont will be within ten minutes of several
stations.

Owner Occupied Townhouses
Beaumont Place consists of townhouses and condominiums owned by
individuals with approximately seventy percent of the units
owner-occupied. There are no apartments; however, approximately thirty
percent of the units are rented.
What Your Association Fee Covers
All owners receive a coupon booklet to pay their monthly Association
Fees (also called "HOA dues") by the first of every month. The
dues are reviewed annually at the November Board of Directors meeting.
The dues provide owners freedom and convenience by paying for
